At Saints and Scrubs™, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If something isn't right, we will always do our best to make it right.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in their original condition.

All original tags must still be attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email) must be provided.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Items returned without their original tags.
-
Items returned after the 30-day return window has passed.

Sale or discounted items, unless they are faulty or incorrectly sent.

Items purchased as part of a bundle promotion, unless all items in the bundle are returned.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrectly sent item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a free return and offer you a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

Faulty items are not subject to the standard 30-day return window.
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

We recommend using a tracked postal service for your return, as Saints and Scrubs™ cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

We recommend placing your new order promptly to avoid items selling out.
9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
