1. About Us

Saints and Scrubs™ is a UK-based scrubwear brand. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Saints and Scrubs™. References to "you" or "your" refer to the customer purchasing from our website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, fabric details, and sizing. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will accurately reflect the exact colour of our products. Product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order. Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We accept the following payment methods: major debit and credit cards, and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders and Payment

6. Delivery

Saints and Scrubs™ uses FedEx for all UK and international deliveries. Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, selected service, and order quantity.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days (Standard) or 1–2 business days (Express)

  • Europe: 3–7 business days (Standard) or 1–3 business days (Express)

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days (Standard) or 2–4 business days (Express)

  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days (Standard) or 2–5 business days (Express)

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Saints and Scrubs™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, courier delays, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. International customers may be liable for import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and other charges imposed by their local authorities, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

7. Tracking Your Order

All orders shipped by Saints and Scrubs™ are sent using tracked FedEx delivery services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Customers can monitor the progress of their delivery directly through the FedEx tracking system. If you experience any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team and we will be happy to assist.

Saints and Scrubs™ is not responsible for delays in tracking updates provided by FedEx, although we will make every reasonable effort to help resolve any delivery issues.

8. Returns and Refunds

At Saints and Scrubs™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible item(s) in accordance with the conditions below.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or are not in a resalable condition.

  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.


To request a return, please contact us with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to complete your return.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Saints and Scrubs™ cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing details and photographs where possible.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Saints and Scrubs™ will arrange a return at no cost to you and will offer either:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.


Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Saints and Scrubs™ website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of Saints and Scrubs™ and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our express written permission.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used solely for processing your order, communicating with you, and improving our service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saints and Scrubs™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
