Shipping Policy

1. Our Delivery Partner

We ship all orders via FedEx, one of the world's most trusted delivery networks. Every order is fully tracked, so you always know exactly where your scrubs are.

2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number.

  • During busy periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate any delays.

3. UK Domestic Shipping


Saints and Scrubs™ offers both Standard and Express delivery options for all orders within the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days


Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
     

All UK orders are dispatched using trusted courier services and include tracking. Delivery options, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. Whilst we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. International Shipping

Saints and Scrubs™ proudly ships worldwide and offers both Standard and Express international delivery options.

Europe

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days

USA & Canada

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days

Rest of the World

  • Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days

  • Express Delivery: 2–5 business days

All international orders are fully tracked, and available delivery options, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Saints and Scrubs™ is not liable for delays caused by FedEx or any third party once your order has been dispatched.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive your FedEx tracking number by email.

  • You can track your order in real time at fedex.com/en-gb/tracking.

  • If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

  • We are unable to predict or control customs charges. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

  • Saints and Scrubs™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • In the event that a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs, and a refund will only be issued for the product value minus any charges incurred.

8. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, FedEx will leave a notification card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local FedEx facility.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel within the time frame specified by FedEx.

  • Saints and Scrubs™ is not liable for parcels that are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts caused by an incorrect address or failure to collect.

  • If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. Saints and Scrubs™ cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

10. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us, and we will liaise with FedEx on your behalf to investigate.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item(s) immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
